Our annual employee interviews assist in promoting, recognizing and developing the potential of our future employees.

Continuing education and ‘training on the job’ are important to us. We offer numerous programs to keep up to date. Furthermore, our more advanced training programs are constantly being redefined and include job rotation and e-learning.

Our mentoring program enables you to integrate yourself professionally and personally into the company. Every year Raiffeisen Informatik offers pupils and students the possibility of an (mandatory) internship and also supports diploma theses.
